About Us
Chris Hill is originally from the garden state of New Jersey, where he received a degree in Computer Engineering and later an MBA in Management Technology. He fell in love with the mechanics of homes after completing multiple rehab projects as an investor and decided to venture into home inspections. After being AHIT certified in 2019, Chris now enjoys working with potential home buyers and investors.
In 2019, teaming with Whole House Home Inspections LLC has taught Chris the importance of detailed report writing and has given him the hands-on experience necessary to help clients understand everything they need to know about their new home. Chris believes that his experiences as an investor and home inspector has shaped him in becoming proficient in writing detailed reports and examining repairs needed which has created a necessary value in the real estate industry. Now as an owner of Total Home Inspections LLC, Chris wants to share his experiences, tools and knowledge to be one of the leading home inspection companies in his community and also consult as a 203k residential rehab inspector.
